The plan

Teachara Individual is $29 per month for one teacher, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.

Your material is yours

You keep ownership of the lessons, resources and notes you create or upload. Teachara does not claim rights over them.

Continuity and recovery

Monthly billing continues through school breaks. The launch policy measures a missed renewal from the first failed payment: workspace lock on day 7, recoverable archive on day 60, and permanent teaching-data removal scheduled on day 120. During days 60–119, recovery requires a one-time $70 fee plus an active subscription. Payment retries do not extend these dates. Billing shows whether enforcement is active and your deadlines. Deliberate account deletion is separate and does not include a recovery window.

Teaching-resource downloads

Individual classroom-resource exports and printing are available with workspace access. Bulk teaching-workspace downloads are not offered. Personal-data requests and account privacy controls remain available when the workspace is locked.

AI output needs your judgement

Teachara drafts; you decide. Always review generated material before teaching it, and verify any renewal or credential requirement against the official source Teachara links to — Teachara does not give legal or licensing advice.

Acceptable use

One account per teacher, with separate class-scoped substitute access where you issue it. Do not share your main password. Do not upload identifiable student records, and do not use Teachara to break your school's or district's own policies.
